Servant leadership is our privilege. Jesus modeled it first—He came not to be served, but to serve (Mark 10:45). We believe leadership is not about titles or positions, it’s about influence and action. As servant leaders, we choose to honor, encourage, and elevate those around us. We strive to lead with excellence, humility, and passion—building people, strengthening families, and advancing God’s Kingdom. When we lead with a heart to serve, we reflect the heart of Jesus.

WHY WE SERVE?

We believe that every person was created on purpose for a purpose—and one of the greatest ways to discover that purpose is through serving. At ELC, we don’t just attend church, we are the church! Serving is an opportunity to make a difference, build community, and grow spiritually. When we give our time, talent, and treasure, we help make Heaven more crowded and bring God’s love to life for others. Because here, it’s not a have to, it’s a get to.
